Atle Investment Services AB (”AIS”) is a securities firm under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. AIS is fully owned by Bure Financial Services AB which will be renamed Atle Investment Management AB.
As of today, AIS offers two different investment management services: TIN Fund and Meetoo. TIN Fonder is led by Carl Armfelt and Erik Sprinchorn, who managed the fund Core Ny Teknik – a technology-oriented equity fund focused on the Nordics. Meetoo is a wealth manager that offers high net worth individuals an active and individualized management service, led by Lotta Nilert and Christer Ellgren. Patrik Johansson, CEO
Patrik is CEO of AIS. Since 2015 Patrik has been working with asset management at a family office company. Between 2002 and 2014 Patrik was partner and asset manager of Futuris Asset Management at Brummer & Partners. Patrik has also worked at UBS Warburg in Stockholm with stock trading and in the late 1990’s he worked as a penny stock broker at Unibank in Copenhagen.
Julia Holmsäter, Investor Relations
Julia Holmsäter started at Atle Investment Services AB the fall of 2018. She has previously worked at Garantum Fondkommission for 6 years, mostly within distribution. Before that she studied Real Estate and Finance at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Carl Armfelt, Portfolio Manager TIN Fonder Carl began working with asset management in 2007 at Brummer & Partners. Since then he has worked at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux, Nordea and most recently at Swedbank Robur.
Erik Sprinchorn, Portfolio Manager TIN Fonder Erik has been working with asset management since 1995 at Swedbank Robur, SEB, Alecta and Brummer & Partners.
Lotta Nilert, Portfolio Manager Meetoo
Lotta founded Meetoo together with Christer in 2006. Lotta has over 30 years of experience in financial markets and started her career at Citibank in New York. During the period 1989-1992 and from 1998 until today Lotta has focused asset management for private customers.
Christer Ellgren, Portfolio Manager Meetoo Christer foundedMeetoowith Lotta in 2006. He has previously been active in many European banks, broker agencies and fund managers, mostly as an analyst. He has also managed to write two books, one about the stock market and one about Ericsson.
The Board of Directors
Svante Adde, Chairman
Svante has an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics. Svante has a background within M&A from Citibank and Lazard. He has also worked as CEO of Lazard Brothers in Stockholm, CFO of Ahlstrom in Helsinki and Senior Advisor at Pövry Capital. As of today Svante is a Senior Advisor at Lincoln International in London and Stockholm. He is also chairman of Rörvik Timmer AB, Goodwill Limited and of Governors for St Mary’s Calne as well as board member of Cambium Global Timberland Limited.
Henrik Blomquist, Board Member
Henrik is CEO of Bure Equity. He is also board member of MedCap and Bure Financial Services (BFS). BFS are part owners of Fondita, a Finnish fund company, and Idevall & Partners Fonder. Furthermore, Henrik is chairman of Mercuri International Group, Investment AB Bure, Bure Growth and Cavena Image Products. Henrik has had many previous board assignments, for example within Carnegie Group while Bure were part owners of the firm.
Gösta Johannesson, Board Member
Gösta is Senior Advisor at Bure Equity. He is also a board member of Axiell Group, Interflora and Yubico, and also the chairman of Xvivo Perfusion, Idevall & Partners Fonder and Idevall & Partners Fonder Holding. He has previously been a partner at Provider Venture Partners, Öhman Fund Commission, Head of Institutional Sales and Trading at Handelsbanken and has held various previous board assignments.
Supervision and Permission
The company is licensed by and under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). The company received approval to conduct portfolio management in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 1, item 4 of the Securities Markets Act (SFS 2007:528) in November 2006.
Compliance and Independent Risk Control
Per Grönvall is Compliance Officer and independent Risk Control.
The risk manager’s task is to monitor the business-related risks. This includes operational risk, financial risk and external risks. The risk manager reports directly to the Board of Directors.
The Compliance Officer’s role is to make sure that the company complies with applicable rules and regulations through routine controls and oversight as well as providing the company with the necessary information and support. The Compliance Regulator reports directly to the Board of Directors and CEO.
Leif Lüsch, chartered accountant and licensed auditor, is the company’s internal auditor.
The internal auditor is tasked to assess, on the basis of a plan established by the Board of Directors, whether the company’s internal control mechanisms, systems and processes are appropriate and effective. The internal auditor shall also make recommendations on measures that can improve these. The internal auditor reports directly to the Board of Directors.
Mikael Köver, WeAudit, is the company’s external auditor.
The external auditor annually reviews the company’s accounts and internal processes and reports directly to the Board of Directors and CEO.
AML Central Functions Manager
Patrik Johansson, CEO, is the central function manager for AML.
The central function manager for AML is responsible for how the company carries out activities related to the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
