Atle Completes Acquisition of FIRST Fondene

Atle has completed the acquisition of the asset management company FIRST Fondene, following the necessary approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

The agreement to acquire a two-thirds majority stake in FIRST Fondene was made earlier this year. With a strong position in asset management, FIRST Fondene has a long history of offering actively managed funds focused on long-term value creation.

The acquisition of FIRST Fondene is a strategic step for Atle, aiming to further develop the asset management company together with the existing owners and to make FIRST Fondene's investment products accessible to a broader group of investors.
