HealthInvest Partners joins Atle
Atle has completed the previously announced acquisition of the fund company HealthInvest Partners after approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. HealthInvest is thus now part of Atle.
Atle Investment Management AB entered into an agreement to acquire 51% of the shares in HealthInvest Partners AB from the current owner in February earlier this year.
HealthInvest was founded in 2006 by Anders Hallberg and Carl Bennet as an independent fund company specialized in the health sector. The fund company manages the HealthInvest Alpha Fund with approximately SEK 1.3 billion in fund assets. The fund is actively managed and invests globally in companies within health and healthcare. The management strategy is value-based and primarily focused on profit-generating companies where the manager can see the potential for strong revaluation.
Atle's ambition is to, together with existing owners, further develop the fund company and make HealthInvest's fund available to more savers.
